1. The service
WalletWise is a personal budgeting tool. It helps you record and understand your spending. It is not a bank, financial adviser, or tax or accounting service, and nothing in the app is financial advice.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email and keep your password and two-factor codes secret. You're responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; you must be at least 16 years old.
3. AI features
AI-extracted transactions and insights can contain mistakes. Always review drafts before saving; you're responsible for the accuracy of your records and any decisions you make.
4. Plans & billing
Basic is free with monthly limits. Premium is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access others' data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse-engineer limits, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Your data
You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability & liability
We work hard to keep WalletWise available and secure but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
