Do I have to connect my bank?
No. WalletWise never asks for your bank login. You add spending by talking, snapping a receipt or uploading the statement PDF your bank already gives you.
How does voice logging work?
Tap the mic and say something like “lunch 12, taxi 8 and groceries 45”. You get three transactions, already categorised, to confirm with one tap.
Will my statement be counted twice with what I already logged?
No. Each statement line is matched against what you've already recorded; matches are marked as confirmed instead of being added again.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Receipts, statements and voice notes are processed by our AI provider to extract transactions and aren't used to train their models. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel Premium anytime?
Yes. Cancel in Settings; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, then drop back to Basic with all your data intact.
Which currencies are supported?
Any. Pick your home currency when you sign up; foreign-currency receipts are flagged so you can confirm the converted amount.
